The NIKI CRETAN EXCLUSIVE VILLAS complex was completed in 2023 by Michael Chamalakis & his son Panagiotis Chamalakis, owned by Niki Tsikritsakis whose name bears the name of the business.

Panagiotis Chamalakis, being a public official in the wider area of the southern part of the prefecture of Heraklion, where after a long-term public benefit due to his service capacity, loving especially his island and more specifically the municipality in which he has served for so many years with zeal and passion, wanting to contribute to the tourism development of his place and having long-term experience in the tourism sector, he envisioned and decided to create a unique holiday complex, which can cope with the modern needs of even the most demanding tourist who chooses the beautiful island of Crete. Thus begins a family story that has inspired the creation of NIKI CRETAN EXCLUSIVE VILLAS, and this story goes as follows. The plot on which the NIKI CRETAN EXCLUSIVE VILLAS complex has been built was an olive grove that belonged to the great grandmother of Panagiotis Chamalakis named STELA who, due to the loss of her husband at the age of 20, raised 2 girls by herself, PELA and Irini, in a post-war era where in Greece everything was done by hand. Then the plot passed to the daughter of STELA'S, PELA, a sweet, giving and very kind presence, who married an honest and worthy Cretan with a charismatic personality, George, but a poor farmer, who with a lot of sweat managed to raise 3 daughters which he obtained with PELA Eleni, NIKI and Stella. But because PELA and her husband did not have enough money to exploit the olive grove, the plot remained as it is. Finally, the olive grove passed into the hands of PELA'S daughter, NIKI, a capable and honest woman with a very dynamic character who, together with her husband Michalis, after much struggle and faith, managed to succeed on a personal, family and professional level, having 2 children, Panagiotis and George. Panagiotis, NIKI'S son, with his father Michalis by his side, managed to turn a family olive grove into a modern tourist complex of villas with great care and love.
